Bullked Statements

A bulk claim refers to submitting several claims or updates at once, including a mix of new, increased, and supplemental claims. This approach allows veterans to address multiple conditions or changes in one filing, making the process more efficient and comprehensive when supported by strong, organized evidence.

What to Include:

• A detailed list of each condition and type of claim (new, increased, supplemental)
• Individual supporting documents for each claim type (organized clearly)
• Multiple lay statements or one structured statement addressing several issues
• Nexus letters or medical opinions for any new claims
• Proper VA forms based on each claim type (21-526EZ, 20-0995, etc.)
• A cover letter (optional but helpful) summarizing what’s being submitted

Note: Bulked Personal Statements apply when combining multiple claims (e.g., New, Increase, Supplemental). The fee is $100 per condition.
