Guardian Vets Consulting offers professional assistance in drafting VA Form 21-4138 (Statement in Support of Claim) and related advisory services for veterans seeking benefits. However, we do not provide legal representation, nor do we guarantee any specific outcome regarding VA claims.

  1. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide thorough and well-structured documentation, the final determination of any claim rests solely with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Guardian Vets Consulting makes no guarantees, express or implied, regarding approval, denial, or processing time of claims.

  1. Payment & No-Refund Policy

– All services require full payment upfront. 

– Guardian Vets Consulting maintains a strict no-refund policy for any reason. Once payment is processed, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be permitted. 

– By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

  1. Client Responsibilities

– Clients must provide accurate and truthful information in all documentation and correspondence. 

– Guardian Vets Consulting is not responsible for any errors, misstatements, or omissions in the information provided by clients. 

– Clients understand that VA claims decisions are beyond our control, and any grievances regarding claim outcomes should be directed to the VA.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Guardian Vets Consulting is not liable for any losses, damages, or negative outcomes resulting from the VA’s determination of a claim. Our role is purely advisory, and all clients accept full responsibility for their claim submissions.

  1. Privacy & Confidentiality

– All client-provided information will be kept confidential and used strictly for consulting purposes. 

– We do not share or sell client data. However, we may disclose information as required by law or government request.

  1. Amendments to Terms

Guardian Vets Consulting reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
